Nutrizus “Share Your Experience” Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The campaign is open to all existing Nutrizus customers aged 18 and over. Employees of Nutrizus, its affiliates, or any other parties involved in the planning or execution of this campaign, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period: The campaign will run from 15 Jun 2023 to 31 Dec 2023. Entries submitted after the End Date will not be accepted.
3. Entry Requirements:
   • For photo entries, participants must submit a clear, high-quality photograph of themselves with our product and provide a written description of their experience ranging from 50 to 100 words.
   • For video entries, participants must submit a clear, high-quality video of at least 30 seconds duration, showcasing their experience with our product.
4. Reward Structure:
   • Photo entries that meet all criteria will receive one complimentary box of Nutrizus.
   • Video entries that meet all criteria will receive two complimentary boxes of Nutrizus.
5. Intellectual Property Rights: By participating in this campaign, participants grant Nutrizus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their submissions (including photos and videos) for promotional purposes across various media platforms.
6. Winner Selection: All eligible entries received within the campaign period will be rewarded as per the reward structure. Nutrizus reserves the right to review and approve all submissions before rewards are dispatched.
7. Prize Delivery: Rewards will be delivered to the address associated with the participant’s Nutrizus account unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery after the campaign ends.
8. Modification or Cancellation of Campaign: Nutrizus reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the campaign at any time for any reason, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority. Participants will be notified of any changes via the email address associated with their Nutrizus account.
9. Data Protection: By entering this campaign, participants agree that any personal information provided may be used by Nutrizus in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Liability: Nutrizus is not responsible for any late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries, or any technical errors that may occur during the entry process.
11. Governing Law: The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
12. Miscellaneous: The campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms on which it may be promoted.
